PublishedUrgentProcurement Segmentation:The procurement of commercial elevators shall be categorized into three segments based on quality and specification tiers: Economy, Comfort, and Business. Procurement Volume & Timeline:A total volume of 4,500 units is planned to be procured over a 3-year period, commencing from the year 2027. Commercial TermsDelivery Terms:The Contract shall be concluded with TOO BI Procurement, based on EXW / FOB / FCA conditions in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020.Factory Warranty:The warranty period shall be no less than 5 years (60 months), commencing from the date the building is commissioned and put into service. Commencement of Production:Production shall be initiated upon the execution of the Contract and the confirmation of both technical specifications and drawings. Payment Terms:100% of the goods value shall be paid within 10 working days prior to the scheduled dispatch date, upon the receipt of the Dispatch Notice. Main Mode of Transport:Transportation shall be primarily conducted via railway using 40-foot HQ containers.The required number of shipping containers shall be calculated by the dispatching factory.In the event that the planned number of containers is less than the actual quantity required, the dispatching factory undertakes to compensate for the resulting additional expenses by reducing the price of goods in the next closest contract.Mixed loading of multiple projects into the same container is strictly prohibited without the prior consent of the Company's Procurement Department.Packaging of Goods:Packaging shall comply with international standards and allow for open-air storage under any weather conditions.
